Nailstation Front Row collection – A set of 5 neon polishes!

head

Get it?

Soo.. this post is loong overdue(better late than never right?), but I was a bit overwhelmed by how many pictures I took of these polishes, so I haven’t looked through them… before now!
I didn’t think my pictures did the polishes justice, but they are neon polishes, and neons are hard to photograph, period. So of course you’re gonna see pics anyway, and now I actually think they are pretty color-accurate.

The set I want to show you is called Front Row and it’s a little wonderful collection that consists of five neon polishes. Do you know what I mean when I say pastel neons? okay, that’s a new nail polish term I just made up. Cause that’s how I yould describe these. Only two of these are “neon neons”, really bright colors. The others are bright as well, but more pastel. Get it?
It’s a completely fantastic collection. The colors are super pretty, polishes have a great consistency and all in all it’s just some lovely polishes. So should we take a look at the pictures?
On all pictures there’s two coats of polish over a white base. The three pastel neons could go without a white, but the two neon neons I would reccomend putting over white.

Get the jet
A super pretty medium blue color. I love me some blue polishes, and this one is no exeption. This is one of the pastel neons. It’s really bright on the nail, but not enough to be a true neon.

Street style
This is one of my favorites from the collection. It’s a beautiful pastel neon green (don’t you just love how I’m already using that term like it’s actually a real term!?) It a unique color I think, because its like a pale bright green pastel neon. I absolutely love it. The polish is darker than my pic shows.

Front row
This is a true orange neon. No pastel neon polish here. I have seen this neon color a lot, and have a few in my collection, so it’s not really unique. But it sure is pretty!

I love Paris
Another true neon polish. I love Paris is one of those dark pink neons that we all know and love. Ah, stunning!

Emirati lady
Another one of my favorites. Who would have thought, a pink my favorite! But its such a pretty color. Again, I totally love the pastel feel this has. But it’s pastel neon! PASTEL NEON!! (Am I going crazy? I think I am.. maybe I should go outside and get some sun, instead of sitting inside at my computer, no?

Products recieved for review.

  1. Hey couwlesspolish, I wanted to let you know that you’re not going crazy, because pastel neons do exist!! In the summer of 2013, china glaze came out with a collection that was called ‘sunsational’ or ‘summer neons’. It consisted of 6 jellies en 6 crèmes. The crèmes are all true ‘pastel neons’, and I love them all! I don’t know if china glaze was the first to come out with pastel neons, but it was the first time I heard of the phenomenon. That’s all I wanted to let you know. I think it’s cool you made up the name ‘pastel neon’ yourself. Enjoy the nailstation collection! Thank you for all the beautifull nail art and swatches we get to see from you!
